Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Is responsible for the monthly and annual accounting closing.
• Prepares analysis and presentations when required.
• Participates in financial audits and complies with the procedures and policies of internal and external audit.
• Provides support, prepares and presents financial analysis of his/her area of responsibility on a timely, exact fashion and interprets financial information of the different departments, influencing in the decision taking.
• Provides education and ensures the adherence to the internal control procedures and processes.
• Develops financial budgets of the plant operation.
• Prepares an account analysis of the balance sheet and expenses.
• Analyses and evaluates cost reduction projects.
• Coordinates and executes special projects.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA a plus but not required)
• Requires (4-6) years related experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment performing cost accounting duties is preferred
• High knowledge into the SAP tool is required
• Previous experience into manufacturing medical (a plus but not required)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS

• Inventory accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
