Join the 5 star team at Westminster Bradenton, a beautiful waterfront life care community located near downtown Bradenton. Looking for a detail oriented individual for our full time Human Resources Assistant position. Must be computer literate, knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office programs, detail oriented, have great people skills, the ability to work in a fast paced healthcare environment and enjoy working with a senior population. JOB SUMMARY: Assists in administering company policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity personally or through others. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and employment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster and its communities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/requirements:
High School Graduate and 2-4 years college desirable. Equivalent educational and work experience for business and secretarial skills.
Experience and Basic Knowledge:
At least two years of experience in Human Resource Administration. Excellent command of the English language with letter writing skills. Good computer operating skills
