Currently seeking compassionate individuals who have a desire to work with seniors for our Assisted Living RCA MEDTECH positions. Must be able to work every other weekend. EOE, DFWP "We honor those who served".

JOB SUMMARY: Provides assigned residents with routine personal care in accordance with care standards and as directed by supervisor. Support residents in maintaining independence by observing and documenting self-administration of medications, ensuring compliance with prescribed regimens and safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Promotes and communicates Legendary Service and honors and upholds the mission of the organization.
2. Responsible for acting and responding in a professional manner.
3. Assist residents with Daily Living Activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, toileting and other resident needs under the supervision of the Assisted Living Coordinator.
4. Observe and document residents’ self-administration of medications, ensuring compliance with prescribed regimens and promptly reporting any irregularities or
concerns to the nurse.
5. Ensure the following tasks are completed daily: beds are made; trash has been removed from the room, that meals are served to residents and maintain a high level of hygiene in the room.
6. Carries out Assisted Living department duties on a regular basis, acting within the reasonable scope of practice for a Personal Care Attendant.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• High School Diploma Preferred
Experience and Basic Knowledge:
• Experience working with older adults in a healthcare setting preferred
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience is desirable
