The Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales leads a high-performing team of sales executives focused on increasing overall revenue of TrueCommerce focused on new enterprise customer acquisition in North America. You’ll be responsible for setting the strategy, coaching the team, and driving execution to meet aggressive growth targets.
The ideal candidate has a track record of guiding their team to meet and exceed quota attainment goals, across customer segments from Mid-Market to Enterprise customers. The leader has experience hiring, coaching and training a team of sales executives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, develop processes and routines to support your team and customers, and display an ongoing desire to achieve exceptional business and team outcomes.
