AI Digital Marketing Specialist

GENERAL RESPONSIBILIITES The AI Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence tools to identify content opportunities, generate engaging content, analyzing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives across the organization. This position combines content creation, marketing analytics, and AI-powered research to enhance brand visibility, improve audience engagement, and drive strategic marketing outcomes. The role works closely with Marketing and organizational leadership to ensure content aligns with organizational goals, brand standards, and emerging industry trends. JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Provide service that meets the Service Standards defined by Tropical Financial Credit Union and achieve annual goals established through the Performance Management Process. Utilize AI tools and platforms to identify content trends, audience interests, and emerging marketing opportunities. Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics including engagement, reach, click-through rates, conversions, and audience growth. Monitor, analyze, interact with and report on Bank Interest Rate Aggregator sites to ensure Tropical Financial Credit Union products are continually included in AI search results Develop recommendations for content strategies based on data insights and market trends. Conduct competitor research and monitor industry developments to identify best practices and content opportunities. Research and evaluate emerging AI-powered marketing, content creation, and productivity tools. Create AI-assisted content for social media channels, blogs, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials. Generate captions, summaries, transcripts, and content repurposing assets from webinars, podcasts, videos, and presentations. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate, engaging, and compliant content. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and digital engagement best practices. Maintain content calendars and assist in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Support brand awareness initiatives by ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. Assist with marketing reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Stay informed of developments in artificial intelligence, digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement techniques. Support marketing policies, procedures, and content governance standards. Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures, particularly those related to anti-money laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Fair Lending, and the Credit Card Act. Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance matrix, standards, and guidelines by maintaining required accuracy levels across all member interactions and promptly addressing findings or corrective actions to support consistent, compliant, and high-quality service while meeting or exceeding QA benchmarks. Completely required training courses, including BSA and OFAC, at least annually to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, internal partners, and team members in a collaborative environment. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by management to meet the ongoing needs of Tropical Financial Credit Union.
