Tenet is hiring a Registered Nurse Manager (RN) - Surgical Services in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a full-time position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Up to $10, 000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, directs and evaluates patient care activities occurring within her/his assigned area of demonstrated clinical expertise. The Nurse Manager must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
License REGISTERED NURSE
Certification BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) ACLS & PALS WITHIN 90 DAYS
