What Youll Lead As Sports Director, youll oversee a diverse sports operation serving youth, adults, and families. From youth leagues and adult sports to clinics, camps, pickleball, open play, and other recreational opportunities, youll create experiences that keep people active, connected, and coming back to the Y. Youll also have the opportunity to think creatively about how we use our spaces, identify new programming opportunities, and expand offerings to reach even more people in the community. Were Looking for a Builder Our next Sports Director will be someone who can: Grow & Innovate Develop new leagues, clinics, events, and opportunities while strengthening the programs we already offer.Lead People Recruit, train, coach, and inspire staff, officials, and volunteer coaches to deliver an outstanding experience.Create Community Build a welcoming sports culture where children, adults, and families feel connected, supported, and excited to participate.Drive Results Use enrollment, revenue, budgets, NPS, and participant feedback to set goals and continuously improve programs. What Success Looks Like Our Sports Directors have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through both program growth and participant experience.
