Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in the Talent Acquisition department. This internship will provide valuable insight into the building materials industry and exposure to various aspects of Gibraltar's operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment process and candidates for assigned roles in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist the TA team in proactively sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Identify new and creative ways to source top talent and improve employment branding.
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Assist in database management, configurations, and reporting metrics.
- Review and edit TA documents like policies, processes, forms, Job descriptions and others.
- Presentations
- Work independently and collaboratively with the TA team on projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Create job aids.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Enrollment in a four-year degree program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Junior or Senior preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, Organized, and eager for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
