PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (ORL)

Job Summary: Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Orlando. This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic bath tubs and shower bases. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and safety. Duties and Responsibilities Assist production by lifting acrylic bathtubs and shower bases to cart and moving from station to station. Perform various functions throughout production process for building a bathtub or base. Careful handling of all products and parts on the production floor. Keep the work area organized and clean. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Qualifications Experience: Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and construction industry preferred. Bilingual is a plus Mathematical skills and ability to understand dimensions are preferred. Physicality must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Must be a quick learner. Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting. Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented. Good interpersonal skills. ATTIRE: Long pants/jeans/khakis; t-shirt; tennis shoes/work boots (mandatory steel toe boots).
