Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Senior Provider Network Developer, to join our Enabling Operations Team. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain a robust network of clinical professionals to support our growing healthcare services. Your work will directly impact the care we deliver to Veterans and additional government agencies across the nation. The job combines the principles of general sourcing with a deep understanding of building a provider network in the federal contracting space and the unique qualifications of various providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage with qualified clinicians and ancillary facilities to join our provider network using a variety of tools, platforms, databases, and referral networks.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract clinicians across specialties and geographic regions by cultivating long-term relationships with provider candidates to build a pipeline for current and future contracting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to proactively prioritize sourcing needs and align efforts with business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clinicians and organizations to support ongoing interest and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database within provider management tools to track and expand network.
  • Support the provider network contracting process by facilitating communications and ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with organizational and federal guidelines.
  • Stay informed on clinical workforce trends, credentialing requirements, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting, sourcing, and/or provider engagement.
  • Familiarity with clinician roles, licensing requirements, and credentialing standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clinicians.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting healthcare organizations, clinicians, and/or vendors.
  • Marketing intelligence to include knowledge of healthcare industry trends, marketing conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Experience with diverse healthcare business models, payment structures, and complex health systems.
  • Strategic and creative sourcing mindset with the ability to find, engage, and determine mutually beneficial business relationships with consideration for fiscally responsible and quality outcomes.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion in candidate interactions.
  • Demonstrated success building diverse provider networks in competitive markets.
