Your 'day to day': - Hands-on lead to maintain and drive architecture governance processes, including standards, principles, and artifact management (such as reference architectures, decision records, and capability models).
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Domain, Solution and Enterprise Architects) to align governance frameworks and drive consistency.
- Manage a clear view of the product portfolio for the Technology Architecture team, with a potential expansion to Core Services.
- Track and report on progress, dependencies, and risks across the entire architectural ecosystem.
- Act as a central point of contact for architecture-related initiatives and communications and enable effective collaboration across product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
- Own and continuously improve processes related to architecture engagement, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.
Who we're looking for: - Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Tampa, FL.
- 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, product management, in a technology or IT environment.
- Proven experience in governance, process design, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and technology domains.
- Experience with architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX), planning frameworks, and supporting PBO or similar product-centric models is a plus.
Annual Base Salary Range: $136, 000 - $170, 000
