Our Métier: the creation, production and distribution of Perfumes, associated scented products, and Beauty products.

More than 500 employees work at our various sites in France (including Paris and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and abroad.

Our Perfumes and Beauty distribution extends to more than 14, 000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermès stores and Hermès Fragrance and Beauty Personalized spaces at retailers.

Our ambitious growth strategy features the development of new territories, rationalization of expenses and the implementation of new distribution models and new industrial methods.

The Headquarters of Hermes Perfumes and Beauty (CNP) in Paris employs more than 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalized spaces): collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc.

Currently, approximately 100 employees work in our international Business Units based in: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and United Kingdom.

You will be part of Hermès Parfums Americas team, based in Miami, reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with the entire team.

Miami office subsidiary markets are the Travel Retail Americas, the US, South and Central Americas Local markets and Caribbean.

In this context, your mission will be to support the marketing department in all marketing activities in the development and the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies and animations in Travel Retail Americas as well as the South and Central Americas Local Markets and Caribbean.

GENERAL MISION

Support the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy alongside the Marketing Director.

  • Execute the annual marketing plan in partnership with local distributors, retailers, and Hermès Stores teams to ensure excellence in brand visibility and commercial performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of launches, activations, and animations through comprehensive 360° performance reports across key markets and operators.
  • Develop and implement measurable initiatives to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and business performance in strategic markets.
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy across the region.
  • Build annual forecasts for novelties and product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Director, Commercial, and Operations teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Define and manage the annual pricing strategy across the region


VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
  • Ensure the consistent implementation and execution of the regional Visual Merchandising strategy across all points of sale, in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Provide distributors, retailers, and Hermès Stores teams with all necessary merchandising guidelines, tools, and assets to maintain best-in-class brand presentation.
  • Oversee the flawless execution of in-store visual merchandising elements, including visuals, collateral, animations, and planograms.
  • Develop customized planograms and merchandising solutions for key doors and strategic retail partners.
  • Maintain and continuously update the regional visual merchandising database and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with local suppliers and vendors on the development and production of merchandising materials when required.
  • Monitor merchandising compliance and execution quality across the region to ensure a premium and consistent client experience.


TRADE MARKETING (IN-STORE & DIGITAL)
  • Execute and monitor the regional trade marketing plan across all channels in alignment with global brand objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of trade marketing activations with distributors and retail partners while ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with Training and Commercial teams to elevate the client experience and drive retail excellence across key doors.
  • Develop and execute client-centric activations, animations, and VIC events in strategic markets to strengthen brand desirability and engagement.
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with external vendors and agencies in line with brand and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with regional vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of marketing materials and activations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of launches, events, and trade marketingactivations through qualitative and quantitative KPIs, including actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the amplification of key launches and activations across digital and social media channels in collaboration with local partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze the catalogue performances and make recommendations.


MARKETING BUDGET
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual regional marketing budget in alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Monitor and track marketing investments of your region across activations, launches, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal allocation and adherence to global guidelines.
  • Analyze marketing spend performance and provide recommendations to optimize ROI and improve the efficiency of regional investments.
  • Ensure accurate recording, follow-up, and reporting of all marketing expenses related to your region, using internal financial tools (MEO).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to align budget allocation with commercial priorities and key market opportunities.


FORECASTING
  • Partner with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams (Commercial and Operations) to establish annual forecasts for novelties and product launches within your region.


PRICES
  • Define and manage the annual pricing positioning strategy across the region to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and brand consistency.


MARKETING PRESENTATIONS
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and presentation of large meetings and retailers meetings.


EVENTS
  • Organization of PR events and launch presentations to the press and influencers in major countries
  • Organization of special regional events and meetings (Beauty Advisers Seminar, Regional Meeting and Team Buildings).


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's in Business or marketing, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a marketing role in luxury, Perfumes and Cosmetics Industry. With a demonstrable understanding of the retail landscape in the Americas and ability to deliver core marketing services.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury industry, client experience standards, and high-net-worth consumer expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience delivering work within deadlines and agreed budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop strong working relationships with the local team, our clients and our remote based colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and evolving luxury consumer engagement trends.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required; French is a plus.


The range for this position is $77, 653.00 - $88, 756.00 annual salary. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
