For our Brooksville, Florida location, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated dentist with pediatric experience or a strong interest in treating children and young adults. This is a well-established, high-demand community practice with significant opportunity for growth.


About the Brooksville Practice

This is a brand-new, modern environment within an established and growing practice. The office is fully equipped with up-to-date technology and features 10–12 operatories designed to support high-quality, efficient patient care.

Brooksville is a growing community in Florida with strong demand for dental services and a family-oriented patient base. The practice has a well-established team in place and offers a supportive environment with strong clinical and operational systems already in place.

The office is open Monday through Friday, with an optional Saturday. We are seeking providers who value flexibility, with opportunities for morning or afternoon scheduling options depending on provider preference and practice needs.

Responsibilities

  • Promote oral health and disease prevention
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Develop and present treatment plans
  • Maintain and update patient medical and dental records
  • Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
  • Monitor dental and jaw development
  • Provide restorative and preventive care
  • Perform appropriate surgical procedures within scope
  • Maintain the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism
  • Stay current with continuing education and clinical best practices

Qualifications

  • DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental program
  • Active state dental license (Florida)
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Proof of malpractice insurance
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
  • Pediatric dental experience or strong interest in pediatric care strongly preferred
