About This Assignment This is a contract role for 60 to 120 days, supporting a period of significant growth at Olympus. This role will be hired as an Olympus employee (W-2 employee). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00AM-5: 00PMLocation: On Site at our Jacksonville OfficePay Rate: Hourly, non-exempt. $30-$35/hour. What Youll Do Olympus is growing! Were expanding into new states and launching a new division within the company, and we need talented people to help us get there. As our Contract Recruiter, youll play a key role in building the teams that will power this next chapter of Olympus, with 26 open positions across entry-level and mid-level professional insurance roles. Youll own the recruiting process from sourcing through interview coordination, partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across the company. Youll also be a voice for Olympus with every candidate you speak with, sharing our culture, our White Glove Service, and what makes Olympus a great place to build a career. Key Responsibilities Source & Screen Talent Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach to build strong pipelines across multiple open roles.Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and alignment with Olympus values.Complete candidate scorecards accurately and on time to support informed hiring decisions. Coordinate & Partner Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates and interview panels.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, share candidate feedback, and keep the process moving.Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in our applicant tracking system. Represent the Olympus Brand Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing our culture, mission, and total rewards package with candidates.Review Olympus benefits with candidates and answer questions about what it means to be an Olympian.Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming experience to every candidate. What Youll Bring 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.Experience recruiting for insurance, financial services, or other professional roles; property and casualty insurance experience is a plus.Proven success managing high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and schedules.Experience with applicant tracking systems.High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
