Description:

Job Title: Regional Product Controller, DGF Americas
Job Location: Miami, FL, USA

We have an exciting opportunity for Regional Product Controller, DGF Americas. This position will be based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support performance management processes across the Americas countries, including detailed business reviews with country managers, country CFO’s, product managers, and station managers
  • Manage the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and monthly risk & opportunity assessment processes
  • Provide guidance and training to the countries on day to day reporting, digitalization and analytical topics (e.g. Steering Logic, optimizing the use of the FRP dashboards)
  • Support with detailed shipment-level work the Americas countries’ Gross Profit optimization efforts (e.g. accessorial charges, improvement opportunity analysis, follow up on planned margin improvement actions, reviewing loss making customers and revenue leakage)
  • Manage offshored tasks (GSC controlling) and continue to look for offshoring opportunities
  • Participate in various quality improvement initiatives together with colleagues from the Business (implementing quality controls, avoiding mistakes and overlaps, and driving automation)

Skills / Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the logistics industry in Controlling or similar Finance roles
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Team player
  • DGF operational / system knowledge would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a plus

Pay Range $105.682, 50 - $140.910, 00 + (Based on Experience)
