Murray Logan Construction LLC is hiring a Fuel Truck Driver-Equipment in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a full-time position.
Murray Logan Construction is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Service Truck Driver to join our team in Palm Beach County, Florida. This role is essential to keeping our job site operations moving safely and efficiently by operating our heavy mobile equipment maintenance truck. You will be responsible for transporting fuel and performing routine field maintenance-including fueling, lube oil management, and greasing-on our heavy equipment. Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to drive, stand, sit, kneel, walk, talk, see, hear, push, pull, climb, bend and stoop. The employee frequently is required to drive, and sit (for up to 8 eight hours), stand, walk (occasionally on rough terrain/in varying weather conditions), climb, use manual dexterity to operate tools used in the course of work, hear sufficient to hear conversations in person and via telephone and radio, and vision sufficient for driving, distance sight and to read diagrams, manual reports, rules, regulations, laws and plans. The employee is occasionally required to reach, push and pull with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Physical dexterity may involve stretching, proper placement of legs, and use of arms and hands in repetitive motions. The employee must be able to maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the construction site, including the activities of other employees and contractors, the operation of stationary equipment and the movement of mobile equipment. - Valid Florida Class A CDL license.
- HAZMAT endorsement (Code H) is strictly required.
- Tanker endorsement preferred.
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with equipment fluids, fueling operations, and routine mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
