In our time of Company growth, we seek a Staff Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Whole Chiles Clinic Work Location: Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Adhere to the time and attendance policy as written in the employee handbook Must be able to float to alternative locations as instructed by your supervisor with short notice to ensure adequate site coverage Responsible for providing vital signs, interviewing the patient/family, and charting Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of the patients and peers Maintain positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, and peers Ensure Providers orders are directed to the various appropriate departments Knowledgeable and assist Providers as requested with exams, procedures, removal of sutures, etc. Completes medication and DME authorizations for patients in a timely manner
