In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Human Resources Credentialing and Compliance Manager Work Location: Bradenton, Florida. As part of this role, you will: Provide assistance to Human Resources Director of Operations to establish department goals, productivity standards, and quality metrics. Manage daily workflow to ensure timely completion of credentialing activities. Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Credentialing Provide assistance with initial credentialing, recredentialing, privileging, and provider onboarding processes.Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.Monitor expiration dates for professional licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, malpractice insurance, and other credentials.Ensure provider files meet organizational and regulatory standards.Coordinate credentialing committee activities and maintain related records as applicable.
