Description:

The Operations Transformation, Design and Delivery team within JP Morgan is responsible for identifying and delivering end-to-end solutions within the Payments business with a client-centric approach. The team transform current state operational processes and technology platforms to carry out the following functions
  • Review the Cross Border and the wider Payments offering today
  • Identify solutions that meet operational strategic goals and short-term needs
  • Setup, design and deliver program that implement those solutions
  • Coordinate across lines of business and functions to achieve high quality delivery

As a Product Delivery Manager - Vice President within our Operations Transformation, Design and Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Product, Operations, and Technology teams. You will own, analyze, and deliver several strategic and tactical projects concurrently, demonstrating initiative and ownership. This role provides you with the chance to make a high-impact change to the FX business in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:
  • Owns several projects concurrently across operations-impacting change initiatives and takes responsibility for their end-to-end analysis, delivery and benefits realization
  • Analyses business and functional requirements and uses payments expertise to identify creative and timely solutions to meet them
  • Works collaboratively across cross functional teams and lines of business to influence and ensure partners complete delivery and cross-impacting tasks
  • Carries out impact analysis, implementation planning and execution, supports operational readiness, production verification and go-live activities
  • Maintains and prioritize backlogs, performs change management and schedules deliveries of changes, tracking and score-carding, managing risks and issues
  • Supports program management with governance, business case creation, oversight, setting up of objectives and key results and stakeholder reporting
  • Leverages subject matter expertise in driving conversations, workshops and meetings to influencing decisions/direction
  • Manages a team of analysts and balances resources among program priorities to maximize support to concurrent projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proven experience in product ownership with a track record of prioritizing, analyzing and delivering projects end to end and meeting their key success factors
  • Strong business analysis skills backed by solid payments knowledge (cross-currency/FX expertise)
  • Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders and priorities, to lead, collaborate, negotiate, challenge and influence stakeholders on scope and detail
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking with strong organizational skills, working in a fast- moving, high-intensity environment
  • Strong communication/presentation skills that can be consumed at all stakeholder levels, sound judgement and professional integrity with attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and manage an analyst team, willing to take personal accountability for junior team members in an inclusive work environment
