As a Product Manager in the Acquiring Platforms & Rails Migration Strategy within our Payments business, you will play a crucial role in migrating clients and leading the end-to-end strategy execution. Your leadership will be central to the development and launch of products that provide exceptional value to our customers. You will leverage your deep understanding of product development to guide successful product launches, gather essential feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Your commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability will be key as you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive migration product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and analyse client user scenarios to uncover innovative customer solutions.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a migration backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build and track the product's key success metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Lead end-to-end product life cycle activities, from ideation to successful launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of migration.
- Gather and analyse crucial feedback to enhance product offerings and client experiences.
- Ensure products are scalable, resilient, and stable to meet customer expectations.
- Drive and deliver a successful migration roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present product strategies and updates.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Proven experience or equivalent expertise in product management within the Acquiring/Payments business or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead migration life cycle activities and manage successful client product transformation programs
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver a successful product roadmap.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and schedule technology resources effectively.
- Experience with technical concepts, Agile practices, and collaboration with technical staff as needed.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product vision and strategy.
