The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial guidance to leadership in optimizing the mix of productivity, efficiency and cost within a world class, highly automated 24 x 7 production operation. The team member will collaborate with Operations partners to ensure compliance and appropriate diligence across manufacturing platforms and processes. Additionally, the candidate will also provide full business partner support to key related functions including all planning and financial close cycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial evaluation of production modeling including validation of inputs and assumptions.
  • Proactively partner with functional and project leads to ensure alignment of financial targets and identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Educate non-financial business partners on financial issues and concepts.
  • Perform month end close activities and BVA reporting; including in-depth variance analysis to understand cost drivers and aid business partners in achieving financial commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree required; a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting, finance or related business experience required.
  • CPA and/or CMA preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proactive and continuous-improvement oriented demeanor is required.
  • Strong financial analysis, business partnering and influencing skills are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Power BI and Alteryx preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced SAP, TM1 or similar ERP system knowledge preferred.
  • This position is located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 5% domestic travel
