We are searching for the best talent for Packaging Operator I to be in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Purpose: Packages and labels finished products following assembly and/or repair.

You will be responsible for:

  • Pack and label newly manufactured non-sterile products for delivery to finished goods inventory as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.

  • · Pack and label repaired products for return shipment to customers (internal and external) as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.

  • · Comply with company policies and procedures including those relating to safety and quality.

  • · Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

  • · Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance always.

  • · Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.

  • · Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

  • · For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

  • · Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • · Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer literate; working in MS Windows environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend drawings and procedures.
  • Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • A normal manufacturing work environment where there is some noise and odor germane to a manufacturing/assembly environment.

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Must be amenable to work 1st shift or 2nd shift
