We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Media.

Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our ACUVUE® Consumer Marketing Team. The Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Media will lead the development and execution of fully integrated go-to-market digital strategies and campaign elements—working in close partnership with internal teams and media/creative agencies.


The candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a dynamic environment and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and critical thinking. This role reports directly into the Sr. Manager, Consumer Media within the U.S. Marketing department.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build and implement integrated digital campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive awareness and consideration throughout the funnel.
  • Design and maintain organic social media content across key platforms, incorporating awareness of current social trends, standard processes, and emerging formats.
  • Develop social-first creative content, with a focus on graphic design for social media and channel-specific optimization.
  • Handle community engagement across social channels, monitoring conversations, calling out feedback as needed, and maintaining brand voice and integrity.
  • Lead execution of key tactics—from agency briefings and project management to tagging, approvals, and in-market launch.
  • Partner with the Comms team to ensure seamless integration of influencer activations and creator content in-market.
  • Develop test-and-learn strategies to assess the impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channels for continuous performance improvement.
  • Demonstrate analytical acumen to evaluate and enhance end-to-end consumer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Run and coordinate operational efforts across digital campaigns, including agency and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate program performance and identify optimizations that increase conversion and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • An Advanced degree or MBA or equivalent experience is preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including paid and owned media
  • Experience in social media content creation, including graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Expertise in organic and paid social media, influence partnerships, and digital content strategy
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Page Insights
  • Validated ability to shape and influence cross-functional strategies from strategy to execution, including briefing agency, tactical planning, creative development, targeting, campaign reporting, and iterating campaign strategies with data-driven insights and pulse on industry and media trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to write thorough creative and campaign briefs
  • Shape and challenge processes and the status quo, including the ability to strategically and creatively stay in sync with regulations and legal feedback to align on effective and complaint marketing messaging - we love someone who isn’t afraid to back down when challenged!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with strict consumer and marketing regulations and restrictions, healthcare.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a brand-side digital marketing or social media role
  • Expertise in influencer/creator marketing and content amplification strategies
  • Knowledge of media planning tools such as Google DV360 or Adobe Advertising Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal skills; communicates clearly and effectively
  • Passion for digital storytelling and ability to translate data into actionable insights
