JOB SUMMARY
This role requires a combination of welding and manufacturing engineering expertise and product management capabilities for end-to-end business delivery. The incumbent will act as the technical liaison for the US liquid cooling business, conduct real-time technical communication and drive the full product lifecycle implementation in alignment with the US time zone, so as to fuel the rapid growth of the company’s liquid cooling business.
Job Responsibilities
1.Technical & Process Management
Proficient in the design and optimization of product welding processes, and skilled in GTAW, GMAW and orbital welding technologies for stainless steel, aluminum, titanium alloy and other materials. Capable of conducting DFM/DFC analysis for liquid cooling products, driving the full NPI lifecycle implementation, and familiar with fixture design, first article inspection (FAI) and engineering validation.
2.Document & Technical Issue Resolution
Master the compilation and management of process documents such as WPS, PQR, WPQR and SOP for liquid cooling products to ensure full compliance with ASME/AWS standards, and independently resolve welding technical issues arising in production and at the client’s end.
3.US Client Technical Liaison
Serve as the dedicated technical contact for US liquid cooling clients, conduct real-time technical communication, demand research and solution delivery in the same time zone, and accurately capture and translate the clients’ technical requirements for liquid cooling products.
4.End-to-End Product Lifecycle Coordination
Oversee the full process of liquid cooling products from client demand collection to mass production, coordinate R& D, production and quality teams to drive on-time product delivery and closed-loop problem solving, and ensure high client satisfaction.
5.Client Communication & Relationship Management
Timely sync product R& D progress, production status and technical optimization results with US clients, organize technical disclosure and Q& A sessions, and establish a long-term and stable technical communication mechanism.
Job Requirements
Work Experience
1.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in welding and manufacturing engineering, with a combined work background as a welding supervisor and engineer; experience in liquid cooling product process development is highly preferred. 2.With experience in client technical liaison and product demand implementation; experience in communication and collaboration with US clients is highly preferred.
Professional Skills
1.Proficient in GTAW and GMAW welding processes for stainless steel, aluminum, titanium alloy, low-carbon steel and other materials, skilled in orbital welding technology (with the ability to operate tubing with an outer diameter of 4" and above), and capable of independently solving complex welding technical problems for liquid cooling products. 2.Proficient in SolidWorks for design work, master DFM/DFC analysis and quality tools such as FAI, RCA and FMEA, and able to independently compile process documents including WPS, PQR, WPQR and SOP. 3.Familiar with ASME/AWS welding standards and OSHA safety regulations, with the ability to provide on-site technical support and quality control for the production of liquid cooling products. 4.Fluent in English (both spoken and written) as a working language, capable of conducting barrier-free professional technical discussions and business communication with US clients.

1.Possess both technical and product thinking, able to accurately decompose client demands and translate them into actionable process and production implementation plans. 2.Strong cross-departmental collaboration and project coordination capabilities, able to drive the smooth end-to-end implementation of liquid cooling products from demand to mass production. 3.Results-oriented, able to adapt to the fast-paced development of the liquid cooling business, and efficiently respond to and resolve the technical and business needs of US clients.
The pay range for this role is $79, 400 - $142, 900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: June 29, 2026.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
