Responsibilities include liaising with customers and determine needs, providing clear and precise instructions on the work order for the technician, estimating and scheduling the work required, following through to make sure the work is completed correctly the first time in a timely manner and invoicing and collecting payment in a prompt and timely manner prior to vessels departure. This role will be primarily based out of Fort Lauderdale managing projects for Safe Harbor Rybovich. Initial training will take place at Rybovich in Riviera Beach (3-6 months) before being permanently based in Fort Lauderdale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to Service Manager, Service Team, and customersDetermine all needs and act as liaison between customers and Service ManagerProvide clear and precise instructions on the work order for techniciansEstimate and schedule all required workEnsure all work orders are completed in a timely mannerGenerate invoice for all work provided by service departmentsCollect payment in a timely mannerContinuously meets ongoing company goalsAvailable to work overtime when required to meet deadlinesOther duties as assigned by Manager Safety and Environmental Responsibilities Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.Wear proper personal protective equipment (may include safety glasses, gloves, life jackets and/or hard hats) as required for the task or work area.Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.
