Shift: Various- must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What Will I Be Doing?

The Reservations Supervisor will oversee the Reservations department in absence of Manager. Processes and monitors group block reservations and follows up with various departments as appropriate. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. Assist in supervising the activities of Reservations Department to meet company standards and provide guest satisfaction.
  • Block rooms per reservations requirements in collaboration with sales and other departments.
  • Work with customers, maintain equipment and participate in operation as needed.
  • Monitor revenue.
  • Schedule Communication and Reservation Agents.
  • Ensure quality control. Audit documents and phone calls.
  • Attend weekly group pickup meetings.
  • Execute ongoing standards training.


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Certified in training of reservations agents
  • Systems- Passkey & OnQ experience
  • Reservations (Group and Transient) experience
