Overview

We are seeking a full-time Senior ERP Application Analyst in our Miramar, FL location. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed requirements for business projects and determining moderately complex solution designs.

Essential Functions
  • Participates in project definition activities including feature analysis and system tradeoffs
  • Configures, tests, implements and supports Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as well as other business applications
  • Demonstrates mastery of troubleshooting and research tools (i.e. myOracleSupport, e-TRM, Implementation Guides, etc.) to complete complex troubleshooting
  • Demonstrates experience with project work and change management in demanding and dynamic environments, with tight deadlines
  • Offers suggestions to improve processes and design options for executing those improvements
  • Participates in incident management, after-hours on-call rotation, and follow up corrective actions
  • Identifies interdependencies in applications, programs and comprehensive test scenarios
  • Provides reliable solutions to a wide range of business needs and challenges
  • Assists with data migration and related data quality activities
  • Supports application maintenance activities including patching and versioning updates
  • Collaborates directly with co-located and remote team members and business clients
  • Plans small/medium sized projects or tasks and makes substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives
  • Evaluates new technologies for improving existing functions and offers suggestions for design options to execute improvements
  • Serves as a mentor to less experienced Application Analysts (Application Analyst 1 & 2)
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field AND a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR anequivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with 2 or more of the following Oracle modules: ( Inventory Management, Bills of Material, Work In Process, Procurement, Order Management, Shipping, and Warehouse Management System) OR equivalent experience with enterprise class ERP systems
  • Demonstrates the ability to work directly on the manufacturing floor to gather requirements, observe processes, and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
  • Demonstrates mastery of project management principles and adapts practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with SQL(Structured Query Language)
  • Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow, etc.) or equivalent application tools.
  • Experience with Oracle Demantra, Oracle AgilePLM, BluJay Parcel, E2Open Trade Automation applications or equivalent applications tools.
  • Demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
  • Effectively prioritizes workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  • Demonstrates advance understanding and execution of the software develoment lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience operating in both technical and production environments; engage with production team onsite to gather functional requirements on the manufacturing floor to support Oracle EBS implementation as well as other business applications.
  • Bilingual preferred Spanish and English.
  • Experience operating within the Agile project management philosophy, specifically scrum methodology
  • Experience working with internationally distributed teams and customers to deliver global solutions
  • Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0)
