Position Summary

Under the directionof theMiamiREINDirectorand Regional Executive, you will support our team bymanagingkeyoffice operations while providing support forourMiamiRegional Executive.You willleadand support key projects, working withthelocalteam, REIN, the Researchdivision, andwithother business partners throughout theAtlanta Fed’s footprint.You willneed tobe adept atcoordinating and communicating withbusinessexecutives andhave an agile and strategic mindset to workinnovatively andproactively withinand acrossteams.Youwill playan important rolein working with our Boardsof Directors and Advisory Councils.You will contributeto thebroader workof the ResearchDivision andthe Atlanta Fedby ensuring that work is alignedwiththe Bank’s strategic priorities.

KeyResponsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide administrativesupportfor the Miami Regional Executive and Director, including travel management, expense reconciliation, calendar management and schedulinginternal and external meetings and other events, meeting preparation, and other tasks as needed.

  • Liaisewith Miami branch operations, cash services, facilities, law enforcement, and cafeteria/catering teams byfacilitatingclear communication and coordination among these groups that support REIN’s needsandengagein crossdepartment discussions toidentifyprocess improvements, resolve issues, and strengthen collaboration.

  • Coordinateand supportspecial projects andselectstrategic assignmentsacross REINworking with REIN business coordinators and analysts.

Outreach and RelationshipManagement

  • Support the Secretary of the Miami branchBoard ofDirectorsand the Travel and Tourism Advisory Councilwith communications, meeting planning and preparations, and travel arrangements and reimbursements.

  • Serve as the first point of contactwithbusinessexecutivesand communityleadersand their assistants acrossSouth Florida, exercising highly professional communication, thoroughness, and accuracy.

  • Help toexpand the reach and diversity of the team’sbusinesscontact network in South Florida through ongoing researchto help advanceREIN’s intelligence-gatheringresponsibilitiesand recruitmentfor the branch board of directors and advisory councils.

  • Assistwith contact information management using customer relationship management (CRM) software andmaintaina comprehensive view of South Florida contact relationships through reports and other visualizations.

Event Management

  • Arrange and coordinate logistical and administrative detailsforon- and off-site events, meetings, and conferences for the Miami REIN team, including the Miami Branch Board of Directors and Atlanta Fed advisory council(s) meetings.

  • Engagewith local internal partners including Miamibranch operations, law enforcement, and catering staffto host events and meetings at the branch.

  • Collaboratewith external partnersto plan and host off-site events including speeches and roundtables.

  • Oversee event management functions and external vendors inclusive of catering, facilities, technologyand communication.

Education
A Bachelor’sdegreeor four years equivalent experience preferred.

Experience
Ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience. Prior experience coordinating activities with senior executives and their assistants preferred.

Knowledge Areas/Technical Skills

  • Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills

  • Strongproject management andorganizational skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)proficiency

  • Experience with CRMand AIapplicationspreferred

Additional Requirements:
