Reports To: SVP Corporate Development
Schedule : Monday through Friday business hours and additional as required
Location : Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years in Consulting, Finance, Accounting/Financial due diligence, or Corporate Strategy roles. Work experience at top accounting or valuation firm preferred.
Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills; strong knowledge of accounting/US GAAP; high proficiency in financial modeling techniques; ability to work with complex datasets; ability to work autonomously; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously; strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; strong research and writing skills.
Traits: Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Adept at performing detailed financial analysis to support strategic objectives. Skilled in presenting findings and actionable recommendations clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong working relationships, making informed decisions, and positively influencing others.
A mature self-starter with high personal integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset, recognized for critical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability. Capable of balancing independent initiative with the ability to follow direction when necessary. Experienced in engaging effectively with senior executives in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

Education: CPA designation
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop detailed financial models to value investments including discounted cash flow models, assumptions, benchmarking studies, beta calculations and comparable analysis to finalize target valuations. Perform detailed financial and economic analysis to assist management's decision making
- Develop financial and operating dashboards and reporting packages for executive team and board of directors
- Perform detailed market research on new industries, technologies and areas for growth
- Maintain research coverage of specific industries, companies, markets and production statistics
- Provide internal project management on behalf of executive team
