Element Vacation Homes is currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. Our systems are pretty good but we need you to make them even better. This position wears many hats including: End-to-End Operations: Manage property readiness, guest satisfaction, and brand standards across all operations departments Leadership & Team Building: Guide, train, and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver excellence every day Elevated Experiences: Create memorable stays through concierge services, showcase-ready homes, and prompt issue resolution This is a pivotal ground floor role within our organization and therefore we are only seeking passionate, hardworking rock stars to apply.
