Location: Family Orthodontics of Naples
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM

Family Orthodontics of Naples is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused PEDO/ORTHO Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. This unique role offers the opportunity to work with both our Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic teams, providing a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients, parents, and guardians with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments for both Pediatric and Orthodontic patients.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and maintain efficient office flow.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while supporting both specialties.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office environment is preferred.
  • Experience in Pediatric Dentistry or Orthodontics is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment.
  • Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology.
