What You'll Do:
Responsible for partnering with management to design, implement and monitor tactical Human Resources (HR) programs, policies and initiatives relative to organizational structures, retention, promotions and other employee-related actions to achieve/maintain a company-wide standard of high performance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a change champion supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and diversity initiatives.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance to senior leadership on organizational, cultural, and operational changes impacting employees.
• Coach employees on HR policies and procedures, employment and labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
• Partner with management to address performance concerns and opportunities, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with strategic business partners to establish and maintain a unified approach to human resources administration.
• Assist in managing international human resources functions.
• May supervise employees, including executing performance management activities.Education & Credentials:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of post-high school education and relevant experience may be substituted.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SPHR or other professional HR certification preferred.
Experience:
8 or more years of related human resources management experience, preferably working with executive level business partners.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Proficient with HR information and talent acquisition/management systems and tools.
