What You'll Do:

The HRIS Analyst is r esponsible for troubleshooting, configuring, administering and auditing HR technology to ensure data integrity and compliance, while improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to HRIS inquiries, assisting with HRIS transactions, and creating reports within HCM systems(s).

• Answers user questions, research system issues, correct data errors, and perform system testing and documentation as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues and errors.

• Oversee the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades.

• Design and develop people systems reports while adhering to internal standards to ensure reuse and maintainability.

• Partner with HR Analytics team to ensure accurate data usage and reporting.

• Assist with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and configuration to support ongoing business process changes.

• Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing business needs.

• Partner with IT to ensure appropriate and effective system configuration to best utilize system functions.Education & Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of post high school and work experience.

Experience:

• 3 years progressive experience in HRIS which includes data analysis, integration of HR systems, reporting analysis and HCM software administration.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of Oracle and intermediate skills in Smartsheet.

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internal and external of the organization.

• Document existing and new processes.

• Prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Utilize problem solving skills.

• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

• Function effectively with, or as part of a team.

• Interface business applications with other systems.

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation as well as the ability to meet project deadlines.

• Knowledge of applicable computer software and operating systems.

• Knowledge and understanding of integration needs and able to configure third party applications.

• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize tools, concepts, principles, and practices of data collection, analysis, and testing.

Working Conditions

• Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
