Coke Florida is searching for a Supply Chain Specialist to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Mon-Fri from 8AM-5PM

What you will do:
As a Planning Specialist at Coke Florida, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective planning strategies to optimize our operations and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of planning initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to align planning efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve planning processes.
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and insights to senior management

For This Role, You Will Need :
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Experience with ERP System, SAP preferred
  • Experience with JDA highly desired
  • Proven experience in planning, forecasting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using planning software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
