Description:

Coke Florida is searching for a Pricing & Contract Funding Digitization Manager to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday - Friday.

What You Will Do:

The Manager of Pricing and Contract Funding Digitization will optimize customer pricing execution through automation of workflows and the implementation of digital solutions. This role will design analytical models to support stakeholder needs for better decision making. This role will create exception reporting and analysis to effectively manage operations. This role will drive business improvements by monitoring compliance with customer pricing program, rebate/sponsorship program and create the visibility into performance against these programs. This role will be pivotal in driving the pricing transformation project over the next few years. This role will report directly to the Controller.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assess current pricing operations to implement simple process automation
  • Design analytical tools/dashboards for cross-functional team decision-making
  • Create pricing exception reporting, forward-looking analysis and deduction analysis
  • Develop ad hoc reporting to meet business partner needs
  • Identify trends, key performance indicators, opportunities for improvement
  • Drive business improvements in managing, analyzing and monitoring compliance with customer pricing and rebate/sponsorship programs
  • Collaborate with leadership on a pricing digital transformation roadmap
  • Lead team objectives through system implementations and process improvements
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development


For this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of pricing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience leading digital transformational initiatives
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, SAP, Margin Minder, Power BI, Snowflake
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus
