We are a rapidly growing dental support organization with a strong presence across nine states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi. While our primary focus is pediatric dentistry, our network also includes general and orthodontic practices.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated pediatric dentist who is comfortable treating children and young adults and is excited to be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities:
Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose and treat oral diseases
Educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options
Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans
Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
Stay current with CE, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS from an ADA-accredited program
Active Florida dental license
Pediatric dentistry experience or specialty training preferred
Passion for working with children and families
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
