Pediatric Dentist – Brandon, FL

We are a rapidly growing dental support organization operating across nine states: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi. Our primary focus is on pediatric dentistry, with additional support for general and orthodontic care.

Since our establishment in 2015 with just three offices, we have expanded to 75 locations through dedication, strategic growth, and a commitment to excellence. While we do not have a specific target number of offices, our focus remains on growing the right way—ensuring quality care, strong culture, and meaningful community impact. We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Brandon, FL. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering outstanding care to children and young adults while upholding our core values and commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote oral health and educate patients on preventive care.

  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases in pediatric patients.

  • Develop and present treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.

  • Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.

  • Adhere to the highest standards of clinical care, ethics, and professionalism.

  • Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited dental program.

  • Active state dental license to practice in Florida.

  • Passion for working with children and young adults.

  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
