CareerMD is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Career MD team offers physicians digital and in-person networking opportunities to engage with healthcare employers actively hiring for exciting new careers. As a Digital Marketing Specialist on the CareerMD team you will aggregate active job listings from multiple sources, confirm those job listings with prospective employers while offering additional CareerMD services through automated email campaigns and digital media campaigns. This role will report to Charles Howell, Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Research physician and healthcare job boards
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns to attract new physician applicants and Healthcare organization clients procured from the job board posting
  • Manage and update digital marketing campaigns, diagnose and troubleshoot tech misfires
  • Manage and review freelanced marketing materials


Qualifications:
  • Digital advertising campaign management
  • Live and virtual career fair campaign experience
  • Healthcare Organization research and familiarity with hiring processes and requirements


Education & Years of Experience:
  • 5 years of managing digital marketing campaign experience required
  • 4 year college degree in marketing, business, or relevant discipline required


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Maestro, Mailjet, WordPress, MS Excel strongly preferred
  • Experience in Contentful, Figma, Canva, Asana, Upwork, Google Ads a plus

For this position, we offer a pay range of $XX -- $XX annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
