Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Web Lead & CRM Specialist to join the Brooks Rehabilitation Marketing & Communications team. The right candidate should be an eager individual who is passionate about our mission and values and in helping individuals connect with Brooks and the right care setting. This new position reports to the marketing manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the lifecycle and care setting of patient requests submitted through the website. Primary objectives are to identify the right care setting for patients requesting services from Brooks and route to the proper admissions department/team for scheduling and track follow up processes within the marketing CRM.
  • Collaborates with the system’s admissions teams, field marketers and various departments throughout the Brooks system of care in regard to patient requests made via the website, digital and email campaigns.
  • Conducts telephone or email conversations with leads to better understand the lead's interest in Brooks Rehabilitation to aid in initial navigation of the care journey.
  • Provides support to the Brooks marketing team by assisting in developing data reporting, email campaigns and newsletter creation.
  • Responsible for reviewing and contacting website leads in a timely manner and ensuring transfer to the correct division for appointment scheduling.
  • Responsible for web lead customer service and lifecycle – e.g., answering questions/educating consumers about Brooks system of care, directing them to the correct department and ensuring they get responses/scheduled by various teams in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for building relationships and working with admission teams on identifying process issues within the CRM and developing corrections along with the CRM vendor.
  • Responsible for setting up and training new users on the CRM tool as needed.
  • Facilitate any service/data connectivity issues with the CRM vendor and Brooks applications/IT team.
  • Support marketing manager in developing drip email campaigns/automations within the CRM.
  • Support marketing manager and assist marketing team members in developing reporting on web leads and conversions and email drip campaign metrics.
  • Assist marketing manager in reputation management and reporting.
  • Creates and deploys high-quality, timely and relevant materials, edits existing materials for grammatical and/or spelling errors and ensures clear, concise prose and appropriate writing style for a targeted audience.
  • Supports various marketing team projects and initiatives as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Must be a collaborator and focused on shared success of the team.
  • The ability to create error free work.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate well with anyone who demonstrates interest in Brooks.
  • Customer service/sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other cloud-based content sharing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Email campaign and marketing CRM experience
  • Experience in data reporting
  • Experience in requesting graphics and collateral from designers
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
