Shift: Full-Time 40 Hour per week, Weekdays from11: 30am - 8pm and Weekends Rotation Required, Saturday and Sunday 6: 30am - 9am and 6pm - 10pm.

WEEKDAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, TR, School), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations.
• Makes an actual schedule for Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Audiology.

WEEKEND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actual scheduling of inpatient therapies (PT, OT, TR).
• Schedules all Friday admissions for evaluations for Saturday and all Saturday admissions for Sunday.
• Responsible for data entry of Speech Therapy schedule.
• Schedules all inpatient Aquatic Therapies.

Holiday Scheduling Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR).
• Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments.
