Primary responsibility to administratively support the administrative duties for Bartram Hospital. Direct support to the VP of Operations, Director of Nursing, Director of Rehabilitation and other team members as assigned. Supports the executive team as needed. Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Utilizes excellent written and oral communication skills to maintain internal and external relationships and rapport with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Document and keep organized records of meeting minutes
• Handles confidential information
• Collaborating with Leadership Team during regulatory survey
• Assist with PowerPoint Presentation slides, efficient in Microsoft Office
• Maintain daily communication needs
• File and update filing system using the specified folders
• Schedule appointments and update electronic calendar daily
• Maintain office equipment
• Order office supplies as needed
• Handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products as well as Internet
• Learn new computer software to enhance administrative support skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication kills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be capable of multitasking and handling several assignments with accuracy
• Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
