The Role: As a Respiratory Therapist at Binsons, youll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in both retail and home settings, helping them breathe easier and live better. From setting up PAP equipment to providing ongoing support and education, youll play a key role in improving respiratory health and patient confidence. Schedule: PRN, flexible scheduling. What We're Looking For What We're Looking For A current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment.Minimum of 12 years of experience working within a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) environment or home health setting.Proven experience with home respiratory setups, including home oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and home mechanical ventilation.Valid driver's license and clean driving record What Youll Be Doing Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipmentSet up and support ventilator suppliesEducate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safetyProvide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settingsConduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patientsBe the go-to for all things respiratorywhether its troubleshooting equipment or offering guidanceRecommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach careOn-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hoursWork closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binsons teammates to ensure smooth careHelp verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients
