The Human Resources team is actively seeking an individual to join the Talent Acquisition team in the role of the TA Operations Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Operations employee exemplifies the Arthrex mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with company policies and procedures while working to manage an efficient workflow for the successful hiring and onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions. Skilled in computer applications including MS Office. Previous experience in onboarding and background checks strongly preferred. This position will be located on our Naples, FL campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts thorough investigations and research to identify and resolve discrepancies between candidate applications, resumes, and background checks
  • Audits candidate information to ensure new hires meet the qualifications required for their respective positions and validate the accuracy of information disclosed during the application and interview processes
  • Exercises discretion and diligence in evaluating new hire verifications, including the request and review of mitigation documentation
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to determine the appropriate course of action based on verification results
  • Maintains regular and timely communication with all relevant parties concerning pre-employment action items
  • Management of Talent Acquisition related programs
  • Ensures that all hiring activities follow legal and Company standards


Specific Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Participates in Talent Acquisition team budget management including invoice processing, credit card reconciliation
  • Management of various recruitment reports/trackers, data/spreadsheet and spend analysis


Education/ Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in a similar role with displayed decision-making ability preferred
  • Experience processing post offer employment checks is a plus

  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Basic Excel skills
  • Displays strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness


Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of HR processes, forms, and knows organizational and departmental policies and procedures


Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
