The TeamOur dedicated
Global Software Asset Management (\SAM\) team works to manage and optimize software licenses through their lifecycle for our internal users at all levels.
We are currently looking for a SAM resource. The successful candidate will focus on closing requests for software licenses from our global platform, ServiceNow. The candidate will be reporting into the SAM Lead and will be part of a global team.
How you will contribute - Manage Software License Request tickets in ServiceNow starting with Adobe (9 titles) as assigned
- Manage Sofware Incidents, starting with Adobe, as assigned
- Monitor business unit approvals
- Check for available licenses in Adobe Portal
- Leverage automations in SAM Pro to assign licenses
- Assign license in the Adobe Portal
- Issue license
- Notate allocation for chargeback in standard template
- Close Ticket and update the user
- Report usage weekly from Adobe Portal for reclamations
- Report non-standard requests for stakeholders
- Communicate to users with low usage
- Adherence to Service Levels
- Adherence to SAM processes and procedures
- Escalate issues as needed
- Support Renewal efforts as needed
Qualifications - Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (On Premise & SaaS)
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Merging Data, Formulas)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
