Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Site Admin to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all documentation complies with our standard Integrated Management System documentation
• Ensure that project documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the project
• Manage the project documentation, ensuring that all parties have access to the required documents, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs (Request for Information) and reports
• Maintain and updated record of all documents

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar site-based role desired
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is considered as an advantage
• Verbal and written English skills
