Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Project Lead to support our client's Data Centre projects located in Kirkkonummi and Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completion
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activities
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely delivery
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
• Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project coordination meetings
• Monitor and report on factors that influence construction costs, preparing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment delivery schedules
• Review, validate, and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Support engineering and design decisions related to cost and budget during design-build changes
• Track and verify equipment availability in line with the project schedule
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews and ensure integration with project controls
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments
• Manage the handover process to the client, including close-out documentation, warranties, and final deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities.
• Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control
• Capable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Tehtävät ja vastuualueet:

• Johtaa asiakastapaamisia sekä muita tarvittavia projektin koordinointipalavereja
• Seurata ja raportoida rakentamiskustannuksiin vaikuttavia tekijöitä sekä laatia dataan perustuvia analyysejä ja suosituksia
• Tarkastaa ja auditoida aliurakoitsijoiden ja muiden projektin osapuolten laatimat kustannusarviot
• Tarkastaa ja hyväksyy laskut, maksuerähakemukset ja pidätysmaksut
• Vastata projektin luovutusprosessin hallinnasta asiakkaalle, mukaan lukien loppudokumentaatio, takuut ja lopulliset toimitukset

Vaatimukset:

• Tehtävään soveltuvaa koulutusta
• Vahva kaupallinen ymmärrys sekä projektitalouden ja kustannushallinnan osaaminen
• 10 vuoden kokemus vastaavasta tehtävästä suurissa rakennusprojekteissa
• Erinomaiset organisointi- ja viestintätaidot
• Aikaisempaa näyttöä tiimien johtamisesta, aliurakoitsijoiden hallinnasta ja monialaisten projektikokonaisuuksien koordinoinnista
• Englannin kielen taito
