Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a MEP Lead to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
• Suggest design improvements to reduce costs, improve constructability, and maintain quality
• Maintain strong commercial awareness throughout the project
• Monitor construction work to ensure good workmanship and correct materials are used
• Coordinate with the contracts manager, site engineers, and discipline leads to ensure subcontractors receive accurate and timely information
• Review drawings and specifications, and report any errors or missing information to the design team
• Plan project resource needs and motivate the project team
• Ensure the highest health and safety standards are followed on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of procurement processes
• Experience in scheduling, planning, and sequencing construction activities
• Proven experience leading MEP teams
• Experience delivering data centre MEP projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
