Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for three
Lead Instrumentation Engineers for a permanent employment to support our client in Helsinki, Finland. As the Lead Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation work is executed in alignment with the design specifications, project schedule, and safety standards. You will coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Main tasks and responsibilities: - Lead and support the design team through all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with agreed standards for quality, scope, schedule, and safety
- Take full responsibility for instrumentation tasks, including instrument sizing and selection, procurement activities, work package definition, wiring design for hazardous areas, and on-site engineering
- Prepare accurate project estimates for instrumentation-related hours and costs
- Continuously enhance our instrumentation practices by improving procedures, guidelines, and specifications
- Actively grow your technical expertise and leadership skills within a collaborative and encouraging work environment
Requirements: - Suitable educational background in Automation Engineering or a similar field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Over 5 years of experience in process instrumentation engineering or in a related instrumentation or automation field
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to delivering results
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork across multidisciplinary teams
