Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer (MV/HV) to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Site Management team from the early project stages, following the Electrical
• Safe Systems of Work under the direction of the Lead Appointed Person
• Ensure all site personnel understand and follow electrical safety procedures
• Issue and control permits for all energised electrical work
• Review project drawings and specifications to understand electrical requirementsFollow strict
• operational procedures and High Voltage safety rules
• Understand basic electrical protection during fault conditions
• Complete safety documentation and manage Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures
• Review switchgear distribution systems and controls before start-up
• Support testing and commissioning contractors, helping to agree commissioning sequences and test plans
• Coordinate with control system providers (SCADA/BMS/EMS) during system handover under permit procedures

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or electrical trade background with suitable training and experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar electrical contracting role (commercial, industrial, pharma, or data centre projects)
• Experience working with MV/HV systems
• Authorised Person or Appointed Person experience preferred
• Preferably S1 certification (all voltage levels) or S2 (up to 1000V)
• At least 3 years' experience in electrical testing and verification
• HV switching certification required
• Strong focus on EHS, quality standards, and structured work processes
