Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Integration Supervisor to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the line manager
• Hold weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Maintain a two-week lookahead schedule
• Attend daily meetings and report on progress and issuesEnsure labour levels meet project
• Ensure labour levels meet project programme requirements
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work meets scope, schedule, and quality
• Report variations, delays, and risks to the line manager
• Manage plant and materials in line with project requirements
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure safe handling and storage
• Check that subcontractor equipment is certified and safe to use
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards
• Promote safe working practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in a similar role within an Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is required
• Telecoms experience required
• Data centre experience is considered as an advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
